The ship is the sixth of 9 Crown-63 ultramax dry bulk sister vessels acquired from Greenship Bulk Trust.
The company has entered into a time charter contract with a major European utility and energy company for its recently delivered Capesize vessel.
This follows on from the company’s decision to acquire 16 new dry bulk vessels.
The vessel is the fifth of nine ships acquired be Eagle Bulk from Greenship Bulk Trust.
The vessel is expected to be delivered by the end of July 2017.
