Bedeschi to take over Berga Golfetto Sangati bulk handling activities

Bedeschi S.p.A. has announced that it will take over Berga Golfetto Sangati bulk handling activities from Golfetto Sangati srl.

This deal fits in with Bedeschi’s strategic expansion plan, aimed to cover the widest possible range of industries with its bulk handling solutions and products.

Golfetto, Sangati and Berga have a history of success and strong presence in the grain material handling market that, together with Bedeschi’s capability, will enable the company to offer its customers new and enhanced possibilities to grow their business effectively with the highest consideration of environmental protection and new standards in automation.

Effective 1 January 2022, Bedeschi will be in charge of all activities of engineering, production and aftersales support for bulk handling equipment previously sold and operated under the brand names of Berga, Sangati, Golfetto, and will acquire the brand Berga.

As a result of this acquisition, Bedeschi will complete its capability to provide turnkey systems for high capacity grains and oilseeds bulk handling.
