On 2 August, Globus Maritime Limited – a dry bulk shipping company – revealed when and where the company’s annual meeting of shareholders will take place.
The annual meeting of shareholders will be held at the offices of Globus Shipmanagement Corp. at 128 Vouliagmenis Avenue in Glyfada (Greece), on 18 September 2018 at 11:00 a.m. local time.
Shareholders of record at the close of business on 24 July 2018 are entitled to receive notice of, and to vote at, the annual meeting, or any adjournments thereof.
Notice of the annual meeting of shareholders and proxy statement are available free of charge on the company’s website. Formal notice of the meeting and the company’s proxy statement will be sent to shareholders of the company in due course.
