Noble Group Limited announced that Red March Limited, a wholly-owned dormant subsidiary of the company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, has been voluntarily dissolved as of 31 October 2018 (Dissolution Date).
As at the Dissolution Date, each of the book value and net tangible asset value of the shares of Red March Limited was nil.
The above-mentioned transaction does not amount to a discloseable transaction for the purpose of Chapter 10 of the listing manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
