Dry bulk shipping operator EuroDry Ltd. has announced a joint venture with a number of investors regarding ownership of new vessels.

Grindrod Shipping Holdings Ltd. has sold four bulk carrier vessels including the IVS Hayakita, the IVS Bosch Hoek, the IVS Merlion, and the IVS Raffles.
