Centurion Bulk acquires Integrity Bulk

Centurion Bulk Pte. Ltd, a Singapore registered international dry bulk shipping company, has announced the acquisition of Danish handysize operator Integrity Bulk.
Subject to the finalisation of the transaction, the takeover will be effective from 31 July 2024.

Singapore headquartered Centurion Bulk was established in 2013 and charters and operates over 80 vessels worldwide, spanning the handysize and ultramax markets.
