Konstantin Goncharov, President of the Novotrans Group of Companies, reported to the Head of Government on the progress of the project. The holding started construction of a universal terminal in the port of Ust-Luga in August 2019. In June this year, the stage of creating artificial land plots for the terminal facilities with an area of 47 hectares was completed.
