Paranaense dairy company invests in automated sugar discharge system

A large dairy company located in the North of Paraná became a benchmark in the production and commercialisation of fine cheeses, curd cheese, yogurts, fermented milk, among other products in the state region.
A company that has been present for more than 40 years with branches in several Brazilian states, generating more than 2000 direct and indirect jobs, it currently has a production of 150 tpd of product and owns more than 20 dairy products.
The company seeks continuous improvement to keep on providing its customers with high quality dairy products.
In order to improve its recipes, a big bag sanding sugar unloading system and a feeding system to a scale on the dissolver was provided.
The system provided by Zeppelin Systems consists of:
- Single big bag unloader with hoist and monorail.
- Dust removal filter.
- Lump breaker.
- Vibrating screen.
- Screw conveyor.
- Scale on the dissolver.
