Dry Bulk,
Mantsinen has sold the product rights of Mantsinen LH32 logstacker to EdiLog Sweden AB. However, Mantsinen continues to support the existing Mantsinen LH32 logstackers throughout their lifecycle and will provide aftersales services to its existing LH32 logstacker customers.
"Mantsinen has focused strongly on the development hydraulic material handlers and port cranes. When Kjell Arne Engberg expressed his interest to develop logstacker concept further, we realised we had not given log stacker the focus it deserves”, commented Mia Mantsinen, CEO of Mantsinen. "Kjell Arne has passion to develop the next generation logstacker and that made it easy for us to come to this solution.”
Mantsinen will keep focusing on developing the hydraulic crane product line further. Energy saving solutions, excellent usability for operator as well as easy access for service are important issues for Mantsinen. Lately the company’s cranes have gathered lots of attention on the international markets and currently world’s three biggest hydraulic material handlers are from Mantsinen product line. Mantsinen product line covers port handling solutions up to panamax size vessels.
Already 12 leading Swedish export ports are using Mantsinen hydraulic crane technology. In last two years, Mantsinen has supplied seven new generation port cranes to Swedish ports and holds orders for more crane deliveries next year.
