Noble Group announces AGM results

At the adjourned annual general meeting (AGM) of bulk commodities supply chain company Noble Group Limited, which took place on 27 August 2018, all resolutions relating to the matters set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 7 April 2018 and the Notice of Adjourned Annual General Meeting dated 10 August 2018 were duly passed.
This was with the exception of the Ordinary Resolution 2 which as announced on 26 August 2018, was withdrawn, as well as Ordinary Resolution 13 (which was not passed on a poll vote).
