Globus Maritime announces results of annual shareholders meeting

Globus Maritime Limited, a dry bulk shipping company, has announced the results of its annual meeting of shareholders, held on 10 October in Glyfada (Greece).
The following proposals were approved and adopted at the meeting:
- The election of Georgios Feidakis, as a Class III director of the company, to serve until the 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
- The appointment of Ernst & Young (Hellas) Certified Auditors Accountants S.A., as the company’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2019.
