Castor Maritime Inc., a shipping company specialising in the ownership of dry bulk vessels, announced today that its Board of Directors has scheduled the company’s 2019 annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on 21 October 2019 at 18:00 local time, at 223 Christodoulou Chatzipavlou Street, Hawaii Royal Gardens, 3036 Limassol, Cyprus.
The board has fixed a record date of 23 September 2019 or the determination of the shareholders entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
