Bahri, a global leader in transportation and logistics, has won the Ship Operator Award and The Lloyd’s List Intelligence Innovation Award at the Lloyd’s List South Asia, Middle East & Africa Awards 2017, as well as the Transport Company of the Year Award at MEED Awards 2017.
Abdulkarim Al-Abdulkarim, Senior Chartering Manager, Bahri Oil, and Almohaned Alshathre, Bahri’s PR Manager, accepted the awards on behalf of Bahri. The 2017 Lloyd’s List South Asia, Middle East & Africa awards ceremony was held at the Palazzo Versace Dubai, while MEED Awards 2017 were held at Conrad Dubai, both in the presence of industry stalwarts, high-profile executives, and maritime sector leaders.

The conglomerate currently owns and manages operates 88 multipurpose vessels, including 41 VLCCs, 36 chemical and product tankers, 6 multipurpose vessels, and five dry bulk carriers.
