Noble Group appoints Non-Executive Director

The Board of Directors of Noble Group has appointed Wayne Robert Porritt as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company and a new member of the Audit Committee, the Risk Committee, and the Nominating Committee. This will be effective from 26 March 2018.
Porritt formerly served as Chief Risk Officer of Greater China and North Asia, Standard Chartered Bank. He was a board member of Standard Chartered Bank Korea Ltd and Standard Chartered Bank (Taiwan) Ltd. During 2008 to 2015, Porritt held a variety of roles, including Senior Regional Credit Officer, Corporate, Institutional & Commercial – MENAP, Africa, Europe & Americas; Chief Credit Officer, Hong Kong & Japan; and Regional Head, North East Asia, Group Special Assets Management of Standard Chartered Bank.
