The consideration shares are registered with ISIN MHY8162K2046 and with the ticker ‘SBLK R’. The restricted period will expire today (23 January 2019) and all consideration shares of the company, other than those held by affiliates of the company, may from such date be traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market in the United States and Oslo Børs under the company’s ordinary trading symbol ‘SBLK’.
