Scorpio Bulkers announces time charter-out agreement

Scorpio Bulkers Inc. has announced that it has entered into a time charter-out agreement with an unaffiliated third party for SBI Hera, one of its Ultramax dry bulk carriers.
The agreement covers a period of between four and six months at a rate of US$14 850/d.
