Golden Ocean takes delivery of dry bulk vessel

Following an announcement on 14 March that Golden Ocean Group entered into agreements to acquired 16 modern dry bulk vessels, the company has taken delivery of an additional one vessel, Q Jake (to be renamed Golden Jake).
Golden Ocean has issued 500 000 consideration shares to Quintana Shipping Ltd and associated companies in exchange for the vessel. Following this transaction, the company's issued share capital is just over US$6.5 million divided into 130,022,992 issued shares, each with a nominal value of USD$0.05.
