Diana Shipping Inc. inks time charter with Uniper

Diana Shipping Inc. has announced that, through a separate wholly-owned subsidiary, it has entered into a time charter contract with Uniper Global Commodities SE, Düsseldorf, for one of its Post-Panamax dry bulk vessels, the m/v Phaidra.
The gross charter rate is US$28 000/d, minus a 5% commission paid to third parties, for a period until minimum 1 July 2022 up to maximum 15 September 2022.
The Phaidra is a 87 146 DWT Post-Panamax dry bulk vessel built in 2013.
The employment of Phaidra is anticipated to generate approximately US$8.40 million of gross revenue for the minimum scheduled period of the time charter.
