Jade has announced the release of 30 new web apps to put more power in the hands of its users.

Running on any modern tablet or smartphone with a supported web browser, the mobile apps will give users on the terminal greater flexibility. Events are recorded in real time, allowing a terminal to make informed business decisions, provide accurate reporting and ultimately offer better customer service.

Today’s devices are a more cost-effective solution for operators who can now deploy mobile apps across their operations and quickly share data and information about cargo without the large capital outlays required for specialised hardware devices.

The web apps feature modern and intuitive user interfaces which ensure fast learning times.

The functionality of the web apps span operations from splitting and merging cargo right through to interterminal transfers. This will be complemented by the release of new vehicle-mounted web apps in early 2018.

Once installed, the suite of apps are easily maintained through the Master Terminal upgrade functionality.

With sales of their Terminal Operating System (TOS), Master Terminal, to over 100 sites worldwide, Jade has already built a strong presence in the global logistics market and the release of the mobile apps will give users even more functionality.
