New Head of Organisational Development for Aberdeen Harbour

Aberdeen Harbour’s Board has appointed Jeanine Maindron as Head of Organisational Development. Maindron will lead the development and delivery of the Harbour’s People and Culture strategy and will join the Executive Leadership team.
Maindron joins the Harbour Board from Balfour Beatty, where she was Head of HR (AWPR) – a joint venture between Balfour Beatty, GallifordTry and Carillion. She has more than 15 years’ experience in HR leadership in several organisations, including Dixon’s Stores Group and Sainsbury’s. Maindron is a Fellow of the CIPD and has a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management.
