Bradley Pulverizer has announced new ownership. Lancaster Products & Kercher Enterprises’ owner Curt Snyder acquired the assets of Bradley Pulverizer through an affiliate effective on 14 January 2020. Bradley Pulverizer specialises in the design, manufacture, and supply of pulverising systems for fine and semi-fine grinding of hard, friable, abrasive materials for various applications throughout the world.
Curt Snyder, President, and CEO of Lancaster Products & Kercher Enterprises explains the reasons for the acquisition. “The synergies of both companies can offer a wider range of material processing equipment that often work together in the same process line. Bradley’s line of pulverizers and mill classifiers complement Lancaster Products’ mixing, granulating and crushing capabilities to connect customers with a greater array of complete solutions and services that go beyond customer expectations.”
Bradley Pulverizers’ US and UK divisions will continue to operate normally while the international sales force will remain independent but working in collaboration to offer the Lancaster Products line of industrial equipment. Curt Snyder will be President and CEO of both Bradley Pulverizer Enterprises Inc. and Lancaster Products & Kercher Enterprises. David Fronheiser, the former Bradley Pulverizer Company president, will continue in an advisory capacity.
