Dry Bulk,
Prado Silos has already finished the installation of two silos for a Pepsico plant in Lobón (Badajoz-Spain).
Pepsico manufactures, commercialises and distributes beverages and snacks. In this case, the corn for the production of ‘Doritos’ will be stored in this plant.
These two silos have a conical bottom of 45°, with a storage capacity of 1000 t of corn each. They are Prado Silos’ model HS-30-22, having a diameter of 9 m and a total height of 27 m.
This new project is an extension of an existing installation that Prado Silos supplied in 2005. At that time, five 1000 t silos were supplied.
