Cleveland Cascades is to supply its CC959 system to the US for loading wood pellets. The system will be supplied with a pivoting head chute de-signed for use with a mobile shiploader with a luffing boom.
This is one of the company’s 350 sized systems and will be capable of loading up to 1450 m3/h. The chute will be 22.0 m long from the interface flange to the base of the skirt outlet, with a retracted height of 5.8 m.
This system will be fitted with stainless steel lining in the head chute and UHMW PE lining in the GRP cones for abrasion resistance.
A full suite of electrical components will be supplied with the completed chute assembly for automated response to material detection and travel.
The system is supplied with a skirted outlet at the base of the chute for dust control.
