Kalmar to provide reachstacker to Delca Logistics

Kalmar, part of Cargotec, is to supply Belgian operator Delca Logistics BV with a Super Gloria reachstacker with a lifting capacity of 45 t.
The order was booked in Cargotec’s 1Q20 order intake, with delivery of the machine scheduled to take place in 4Q20.
Delca operates a river terminal in Wielsbeke, in the Belgian province of West Flanders, and its current fleet includes three Kalmar Gloria reachstackers.
The Kalmar Super Gloria is designed for demanding lifting applications and features a long wheelbase to provide maximum stability. The machine delivered to Delca will be used at the Wielsbeke terminal to load and unload cargo from ships. It will be fitted with an engine that meets EU Stage V emission standards and a camera system on the counterweight to increase the safety of lifting and lowering operations.

The new reachstacker will play an important part in the future of our terminal by enabling safe and efficient handling of heavy and challenging loads.”
