Dry Bulk,
AMECO has completed the commissioning of a custom Portal Reclaimer handling 480 tph of urea with a rail span of 54 m for Agrium at Borger Nitrogen Operations facility in Texas.
AMECO designed and supplied a urea storage solution that drags urea from a pile to 20 degrees below ground. This Portal Reclaimer enabled Agrium to increase its storage capacity by 50% more than the standard solution available from other suppliers on the market.
This equipment is the latest example of how AMECO has leveraged its 85 years experience in machine design to deliver a superior product, and best serve its clients’ needs in fertilizer, pulp, biomass, coal power plants and port terminals.
