ASGCO, a manufacturer of conveyor and screen equipment, has released a video designed to make installation of its Tru-Trainer Dual Return idler easier.

On-screen and audio cues allow customers to identify the optimal locations for installation, as well as step-by-step procedures for removing existing idlers and replacing with the Dual Return.

In addition, expert advice is provided to explain the best tensioning practices to ensure the Tru-Trainer Dual Return idlers keep belts centred and loads evenly distributed.

“We strive to provide not only the best products in the industry, but also the best training with our on-site ACT™ classes and field training. Now we can provide the best installation videos for our most popular products to ensure they get the highest performance. The addition of installation videos like the one for the Tru-Trainer Dual Return Idler, and other select products, is a big value and something unmatched in the industry,” said Aaron Gibbs, President of ASGCO. “We know these installation videos are very popular and extremely helpful to our customers.”
