Bedeschi restarts operations in Taranto
Bedeschi has resumed its operations at ArcelorMittal’s integrated steel plant in Taranto.
According to a company statement from Bedeschi, ArcelorMittal is aiming to make its plant in Taranto one of the most advanced and environmentally friendly facilities in Europe. As part of this plan, Bedeschi was awarded the supply of the stacking and reclaiming system inside the plant’s the primary parks (mineral and fossil).
The supply of the new machines will play a key role in reducing dust spillage towards the city of Taranto, as well providing valuable energy savings and improved efficiency with regards to both production and the reliability of the plant.
