Castor Maritime Inc. announces vessel acquisition and the delivery of M/V Magic Jupiter

Castor Maritime Inc. announce that it has entered into an agreement, through a separate wholly-owned subsidiary, to acquire a 2024-built modern-eco Kamsarmax bulk carrier vessel, the M/V Magic Saturn, from an unaffiliated third party for a purchase price of US$41.9 million.
