EuroDry Ltd. announces agreement to acquire three eco ultramax bulkers

EuroDry Ltd. has announced today that it has agreed to acquire three Ultramax bulkers, M/V Giants Causeway, a 63 197 DWT dry bulk vessel built in 2015, M/V Sadlers Wells, a 63 153 DWT dry bulk vessel built in 2015 and M/V Gallileo, a 63 177 DWT dry bulk vessel built in 2014, for a total price of about US$65 million.

Diana Shipping Inc. announces time charter contract for m/v Semirio with Solebay

Diana Shipping Inc. a global shipping company specialising in the ownership and bareboat charter-in of dry bulk vessels, today announced that, through a separate wholly-owned subsidiary, it has entered into a time charter contract with Solebay Shipping Cape Company Limited, Hong Kong, for one of its Capesize dry bulk vessels, the m/v Semirio.
