Hagland acquires Vanora AS to enhance maritime services

Hagland, a family-owned company with over 150 years of tradition and experience in shipbroking, shipping, marine agency, accounting services, real estate, and investments, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Vanora, a leading provider of innovative digital maritime solutions.

Vanora, known for its VesselAdmin platform, offers a chartering platform and a payment service tailored for the maritime sector. The platform ensures compliance with internal procurement policies while maintaining the flexibility and speed necessary to secure the right vessel at the right time. Vanora's solutions add significant value through enhanced efficiency and predictability for all parties involved in maritime transactions. Since its launch, the charterers onboard the VesselAdmin platform have received over 3700 bids from brokers and owners within the offshore and dry bulk sectors. It has executed 250 payments on behalf of its clients, totalling a value of NOK 630 million.
