Scorpio Bulkers enters time charter-out agreement

Scorpio Bulkers, a dry bulk shipping company headquartered in Monaco, has entered into a time charter-out agreement for one of its kamsarmax vessels.
The agreement covers the SBI Zumba and covers a period of five to seven months at a daily rate of US$10 500. The earliest redelivery date is 5 November 2017.
Scorpio Bulkers owns 16 kamsarmax vessels and 26 ultramax vessels. It also charters-in two further dry bulk vessels and has contracted for six new dry bulk vessels – four kamsarmax and two ultramax – from shipyards in China.
