Klaveness to launch private placement and list shares on Oslo Stock Exchange
On 2 May, Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (KCC) announced its intention to launch a private placement to fund additional investments in combination carriers (the private placement) and list its shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange upon completion of the private placement (the listing).
