Scorpio Bulkers Inc. has announced that Scorpio Services Holding Limited (SSH) has purchased 150 000 common shares of the company at an average price of US$7.06 per share in the open market.
SSH owns a total of 13 627 513 common shares or approximately 18% of the company.
