Jinhui Holdings to dispose of supramax vessel

Jinhui Holdings has entered into an agreement to dipose of a 2001-buily supramax vessel which weighs 50 209 DWT.
The vendor, an approximately 55.69% indirectly owned subsidiary of the company, entered into the agreement with the purchaser on 2 January 2019, to dispose of the vessel.
The consideration of the vessel is US$7 380 768 (approximately HK$57 570 000).
The vessel will be delivered by the vendor to the purchaser or its nominee between 15 February 2019 and 31 March 2019.
