Metso receives order for railcar dumper upgrade in Asia Pacific

Metso has been awarded an order to deliver a replacement railcar dumper to a mining customer in Asia Pacific. Metso’s scope of delivery includes a new fully assembled dumper cage with major upgrades to improve efficiency and reduce spillage by allowing for higher throughput capacity and enhanced maintainability.
The order value is approximately €10 million and it is booked in the Minerals segment’s 3Q24 order received.
