Diana Shipping Inc., through a separate wholly-owned subsidiary, enters charter contracts for m/v Erato and m/v Atalandi with Glencore Grain B.V., Rotterdam.

DryShips reduces debt through vessels sale

DryShips Inc. has sold three of its vessels, which has reduced its total bank debt by US$102.1 million. Additionally, DryShips has agreed to sell its shares in Ocean Rig UDW Inc.
