Stuck between a rock and a hard place

Last year, the Supreme Court of Pakistan banned manual handling of coal at Karachi Port Trust. Now, while the people working at the port and those living around it have won relief, there are increasing complaints that those along the route of vehicles carrying the coal upcountry have become highly vulnerable.
