Higher prices than expected for Fact’s tender to purchase ammonia

Argus Media has reported that prices were higher in Indian fertilizer producer Fact's tender to buy four 7500 t cargoes of ammonia awarded to trading companies Trammo and CIFC.
The first three cargoes were awarded to Trammo at US$380/t cost and freight (cfr) in cash and the fourth to CIFC at US$335/t cfr (cash). The prices are US$25 – 70/t higher than the previously assessed India cfr price at US$310 – 320/t cfr.
The 3 July tender requested the delivery of the cargoes within the following periods:
10 July - 22 July
1 August - 5 August
13 August - 17 August
29 August - 2 September
