Star Bulk Carriers Corp announce that Mr. Mikkel Storm Weum was appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors to serve as a Class B director. Mr. Weum is an Investment Director in Seatankers Management Norway AS and also serves on the board of NYSE listed FLEX LNG Ltd.
