Metso has acquired MRA Automation (Multiskilled Resources Australia Pty Ltd), a privately owned engineering company based in Newcastle, NSW, Australia. The company is a leading provider of automation and digitalisation technology solutions for ports and terminals worldwide.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction value, which has no material impact on Metso’s financials.
