Scorpio Bulkers Inc. has issued a notice of redemption for all AUS$73 625 000 aggregate principal amount of its 7.5% senior unsecured notes due September 2019 to be redeemed on 2 August 2019.
The redemption price of the senior notes due September 2019 is equal to 100% of the principal amount to be redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the redemption date.
A notice of redemption is being distributed to all registered holders of the senior notes due September 2019 by Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas.
